submit / approve button missing in access request

Hello Team,

The approver is not able to see approve or submit button on the GRC service request.

The approver is having all correct access.

Check the following SAP notes

2623287 - Submit button is missing in Access request approval form

1936715 - Action Buttons ( SUBMIT / OTHER ACTION / CANCEL ) are not available for Approver

It would be great if you can share the GRC versions/SP etc and also by looking at the error the system is SEND?Can you please clarify...

Version is V1000 and SP level is 0026 and system is SEND.

It seems request is stuck at some path/stage or has not reached to any destination. Can you please share screenshot of audit log of this request so that I can guide you accordingly.
