Submission failure of request - GRC 12.0 with HANA DB

Hello Experts,

I have followed below link and have made the required config in both GRC system and HANA DB.

EAM,BRM and ARA are working as expected.

I am receiving error in ARM. I have attached SLG1 and Audit log of the request which says submission failure of request.

I have performed post installation steps of workflow too.

Workflow and ARM is working as expected for other systems like S/4 HANA and BW but receiving error only for HANA DB.

Can you please assist.

Hi Madhu,

The issue got resolved.

Condition was missing in decision table which was not directing to any path.

I added that condition and it worked.

Hi Vijay,

Can you share your Initiator BRF+ decision table configuration and MSMP workflow configuration screenshots so that we can check and identify the root cause for the error.

From your error screenshots, it shows that error is in MSMP workflow configuration as initiator is not able to resolve the request parameters and redirect the request to specific workflow path.
