Sub-questions for surveys in SAP GRC PC

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well!

I am looking for your help around the configuration of SAP GRC survey.

Survey consist of a questions that can be answered by Yes/No/NA and without answering these question assessment workflow cannot be submitted.

While configuring the survey is it possible to create sub question scenarios.

Ex. If we answer 'No' to any question then sub-question will pop up and we will have to answer that question. And if we put answer as Yes then no sub-question has be answered.

Is there any customization available to achieve this configuration?
