Stock Transfer Order Blocked by GTS Legal Control

We have Delivery that is blocked by GTS Legal Control Regulation (Licensing)

We made sure the license is active and material and the partner are both in the license.

Then try to perform a new check on the document but it remained blocked.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.  Thanks

Hi Mouaz,

I'm having the issue with two Deliveries and both orders have been PGI

1. Replenishment Delivery going to one of our plant

2. Regular Sales Order - PGI and Acct Doc has been created.

Thanks

Patricio

Hi Patricio,

As far as I know, once your have PGI, the document flow is not rechecked by Compliance management, the reason being that the goods have already left the plant so it is too late to do any Compliance check.

But I believe you still can manually assign a license in GTS to release the document (See transaction Maintain Legal Control data - /SAPSLL/LCD_CHANGE).

Thank you Mouaz for you feedback.

I have assign the license for the material and business partner.  And attempted to recheck the document in order to release/clear it from the block status - but it did not work.

Hi Patricio,

When you view the compliance check log for the Delivery, what reason does it give for blocking?

Hi Dave,

it shows it is for a License.  I updated that specific license type with the material and business partner and recheck the document but it still block.

Hi Patricio,

Could you send us a screen-shot of that part of the log, especially showing the selection criteria?  And then maybe also a shot of your licence having those exact criteria?

Thanks & regards,

Dave
