Std Confirmation letters for treasury contracts not getting generated

Hello All

I am trying to generate standard SAP confirmation letters for different prdt types in SAP treasury. However I have made all the configurations for generating confirmation letters to counterparties, still in FTR_COMONI, the status is Initiated. The msg that I am getting if I try to preview the msg is " Internal error: no message created for format"

I have assigned the std format SAPSCRIPT_1, the form assigned to this is " F_TR_CONFIRM_ALL"

My client requirement is to print these letters generated. Please advice
