Libro Mastro

Livre Journal Detail

Grand Livre

Try to find something like : FIN_LOC_IT_XX (Localization Italy)

Dear user,

These reports can be generated in S/4HANA via the Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) framework or classic financial reports, depending on localization settings and system configuration.

For Italy :

1. Libro Giornale and Libro Mastro are part of the Italy localization (FI-LOC-IT).

2. You can generate them using transaction RFKABL00 and RFKSLD00, or through:

• App: "Run Compliance Reports" (Advanced Compliance Reporting)
• Report: RFLGL_MIGRATION (if migrating or formatting for legal submission)

SAP also provides country-specific programs like:

• RFLITJ10 – Libro Giornale (Italy)
• RFLITM10 – Libro Mastro (Italy)

For France :

1. For Livre Journal Détail and Grand Livre, part of France localization (FI-LOC-FR):

• SAP uses report RFJGLFR0 for Grand Livre.
• Livre Journal can be created using RFBELJ10 (journal entries detail report).
• Both may also be integrated in the Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) framework.

2. Check the "Run Compliance Reports" app and look for:

• France: Detailed Journal (FR_JDETAIL)
• France: General Ledger (FR_GLEDGER)

And thank you for asking your question in the SAP Community blog.

1. Check if the right country versions are active

For these reports to work, you need the localization scope items:

• 2IG for France
• 2IH for Italy

If those aren’t activated, these reports won’t show up. Your system admin or SAP contact can check this quickly in Central Business Configuration or through your project config setup.

2. Use the app "Run Statutory Reports"

Once the country versions are in place, go to the app F1518 – Run Statutory Reports.

There, you should find the official formats for France and Italy, including the ones you listed. Make sure you’ve:

• Closed the relevant periods
• Assigned company codes to the correct country
• Posted some data (empty books won’t show anything)

3. Still not seeing the reports?

You might need to check the configuration under Statutory Reporting Settings. Sometimes the reports need to be assigned manually per country or company code. If you don’t have config access, ask whoever handles your CBC or system settings to help.
