Standard and Actual Costing for Multiple Valuation type with Split Valuated Material

Hello Gurus,

We have a requirement to do implement a process of standard costing and actual costing in a scenario where the stock is manufactured in a plant say P001 and every process order is bit unique to other depending on the raw material available at the time of manufacturing hence when the goods receipt is done every process order is assigned with a different batch number. In this plant P001 we can do the standard costing based on the standard Master recipe - there would be a variance in the order depending on which alternative BOM is used which is ok but now these different batches are transferred to distribution plant D001 from where it gets sold to customer - when these batches get transferred to D001 in current ECC system client creates a different valuation type for every batch dynamically during every transfer (STO) - now the issue - is there any functionality in the standard costing that these batches get standard cost in plant D001 for every transfer or we have to keep the cost at moving average price for these materials in plant D001.

Next question is how the actual costing CKMLCP will behave for the variance between P001 and D001 if the price at D001 is at moving average price. Will we be able to get different prices for every batch at plant D001 depending on the different batches good receipted in plant P001.

I understand there is a transaction OMWC (refer note 1664797) where I can do the standard costing for split valuated material, but we can only fix it for one valuation type only but in our case, we have multiple valuation type for every batch so I am assuming it will not work for us.

Any suggestions from finance community.

Thanks in Advance.

Rohit
