Standard agent GRAC_SPM_OWNER not returning approvers in MSMP workflow

Hi,

I have configured the MSMP workflow for emergency access requests and am using the standard agent GRAC_SPM_OWNER however no approvers are getting determined.

Owners have been assigned to the FFID for which access request has been raised.

Experts, any idea what could be the issue?

Is there any way to unit test the agent id to check the approvers? I tried putting a breakpoint in the FM GRAC_MSMP_SPM_OWNER_AGENT which i think determines the approvers as per the MSMP runtime logs to check but the MSMP workflow did not stop there when the access request was submitted.

regards

Nitesh

Hi Nitesh,

Have you set external breakpoint using WF-BATCH User ID? If yes, then it should stop here.

Are you using BRF+ initiator rule or FM based Initiator rule in your MSMP?

Hi Madhu,

I set the external breakpoint using the user id i was using to submit the request. Will try to figure out the WF-BATCH user id and then try to set the breakpoint using it n check.

I am using the BRF+ initiator rule in my MSMP.

Hi Madhu,

I am using the BRF+ initiator rule which i have created.

I got the WF-BATCH user created and set an external breakpoint using it but it is still not stopping at the breakpoint.
