SSM tools PAS query http 500 error

Hello team,

i was doing a SSM 10.1  installation, and after i have set up some model connections, i want to test the connection in ssm tools by clicking PAS Query,

but the popup page shows http 500 error.

http://<nw>:port/strategy/tools

any ideas?

Hi, Minas,

   Follow the two steps and the problem will sure be solved:

   1. update SSM components and application server.

   2. clear browser cache
