Hi Minas,

May I ask if the function is working fine before upgrading?

Are there model connections created? Are they passing the "Test Connection"?

Does the scorecard tab return values as expected?

The error might be related to the model connections and jpip instances. To do a check on the model connections created might help.

Minas,

If you just want to get the version information why not click the Version link on the Tools page and you get a screen showing the version info!

hi Copper,

thanks for your reply, but sadly that doesn't work, the Version link shows nothing on the popup page.

thanks

Minas,

If the version pop-up is empty then that is symptomtic of an issue that will come to be a problem for you as you look to use the system.

Which Service Pack level did you think you had installed? Check that all the files you have installed are of the same Service Pack level. You can tell the Service Pack level from the file name so that CPMSTRMGMAPC10_0-10012681.sca is Service Pack 10 and CPMSTRMGMAPC06_0-10012681.sca is Service Pack 6

If you installed using the files downloaded from the Installation section of Service Marketplace then I would suggest that you now upgrade to the Service Pack 10 files from Service Marketplace. The files available in the Installation sevtion on Service Marketplace are Service Pack 0 and have numerous issues which have been resolved as the Service Pack levels have progressed together with a number of very worthwhile enhancements that have been gradually introduced.

hi Colin,

the following files i have installed to the system before the issue.

software component archive: CPMSTRMGMAPC10_0-10012681.SCA

Component POASBC:          POASBCBUINW13_0-20007955.SCA

Application server:                xSSMSrv10_0-10012679.exe

they are the latest one i can find in sap service market.

thanks

Minas,

That looks Ok. In fact you don't need to install the POASBC file as that is now incorporated into the Applications Components file - but I don't think this is the issue.

One thing you might want to do is to reload the import ot bootstrap file (which ever one you loaded originally). First ensure that the file you are importing has the right date for SP10. It should have a date of 24/10/2015.

Dear Minas,

Check if you can on Compatibility View in IE (in the link coming after clicking version button).

That's good.

Regarding your main issue posted above , whats the output if you put only context=CGLIB.

Any up-gradation in the system recently.

hi Rafikul,

if i only put context=CGLIB, the output is still the same as the error.

this is the first time installation, and using the latest sap media.

thanks

Minas.
