SPL Screening of a customer - inconsistent behavior

Hi All,

Here is the situation, we have SPL blocked customer and we placed an order, as expected order went on a block and user manually released the block and when i tried creating the order one more time, now order did not go on block and it says the customer is not on denied party list.what could be the reason and i tried checking the audit trail but noting did not give any answer.

Any suggestions how can i analyse this issue to why the first order blocked and second order did no.

Sunny, when you release the customer, new orders for the customer will not be blocked. If you would have released just the order, new order will be blocked. To understand better the second part of question (simulate screening), can you please share a screen shot.

To add more, when i tried to simulate the business partner screening in GTS, i can see the status as released automatically.
