Dear Experts,
Currently, there is only one flag / parameter – the deletion flag - in ECC which avoids the business partners screening in GTS. Is there a way that the system setup will be adapted in such a way that other parameters- like Central Order Block can also be used to avoid the periodic/delta screening in GTS as transactions might not be created for those partners.
The request comes from the Users as they are releasing hundreds of BPs everyday after delta screening job and they would like to exclude the partners which are not active anymore.
Thanks in advance!

Hi sheetal_bhowmick,
maybe the positive list could be useful in this case.

Hi Fabian,
Thank you for your suggestion. We did consider that option but there could be a risk as the block can be removed in ECC and transactions can be created any time. On the contrary, a negative list can help and also avoid this risk. However, I am looking for a dedicated status in master data that can be used to avoid the screening of those parties just like deletion flag and screening should be actiavted if the status is changed. Is it possible in standard?
Best Regards,
Sheetal
Hi Sheetal,
unfortunately I expected this answer.
Another way is to use the User-Exit on ECC side to manually set the deletion flag. You could look up the central blocks on database and if at least one is hit, set the flag in CT_KNA1-LOEVM or CT_LFA1-LOEVM.
You can find customizing for implementing the User-Exit here in ECC:
Best regards,
Fabian
