SPL screening for external web application

Hi,

we have a web application where customers could download documents etc.. Before they can enter the page we want them to get screened against SPL. Our approach would be to send them after their registration to GTS directly or first to ERP and then to GTS via Change pointers. Has anyone already implemented a similar solution and wants share his experiences?

Carsten, in one of my projects, the CRM solution was non-SAP, and was integrated with SAP-GTS for business partner master (similar design as change pointers). The SPL screening results were sent back to CRM solution to maintain the screening status.

The approach which you suggest will work, the part which you will have to build is the interface of the web application with ERP. If you are using SAP ERP, the integration with GTS is out-of-the-box.

Question for you to consider : If the customer matches the SPL, how would manage the blocks.
