SPL List download from data provider should be automated

Hi Team,

Currently we are manually uploading the SPL .XML file from data provider into our SAP folder. Which we want to automate. Can you please help me step by step what interface/FM required and what other setting is needed in GTS system

Appreciate if you can confirm at the earliest.
