SPL Check only for 2 name fields

Hi,

we don´t want to do a SPL check on name fields 3 and 4 in documents. Therefore, I deleted them from customizing table in "Assignment in Address fields" (see attachment).

Nethertheless, after resetting the customizing buffer, I generated comparision terms for business partners and still name 3 and 4 are relevant for GTS check.

Do you know if excluding name 3 and 4 is possible at all (partners and documents?)

I found incident 2492758. These fields are used to decide if a change in the field should start a new SPL check.
