SOST links are not working for GRC request

Hi All,

We are upgrading the SSO solution

I am facing an issue where for any GRC request email are triggering and going to approvers inbox , the same email is also showing in SOST. Approver is able to approve it from the inbox but when we are trying to approve the request through SOST for testing purpose it is not directing to the correct link and host name in the link is coming as something like saphtmlp://htmlviewer.sap.com/ instead of correct link.

Please suggest if some one has faced the same issue before.

I assume the user found the answer. We have the same issue after the latest support packs were applied but I did not see any SAP notes for this issue. The issue shows in SOST before it is ever sent out to Outlook.

Hi Pradeep,

Can you copy the hyperlink from SOST and verify if it is correct? This is just to conclude whether the issue is happening in GRC or in your outlook (network related issue)
