Some Firefighter Sessions doesn't have logs where as some have Logs

We are have an issue since the EHP upgrade. where Some Firefighter sessions have logs and some doesn't have logs for the ECC system.

in addition to Rakesh, also look into parameter 4020. If no activity has been performed, requests can either be created or not.
