Dear Experts,

We have a request from our business to include the Sold to Party information in Export Declaration partners tab, IDOCS and EDIFACT(While transferring to Customs authorities). We are using Seeburger integration for our GTS customs management module. We have made required changes to include the sold to party information in partner tab and that is also captured in IDOC segment(/SAPSLL/E2CCEHPA CUSAUG).

When the outbound IDOC is transferred to Seeburger and converting into EDIFACT this sold to party information is not been captured in EDI meaasge File(NAD Segement).Could you please let us know does it require any mappings to capture these information in EDI file before sending it to customs?

Hi Bhargav,

Thanks for the further information. I'm now fairly certain that you are using the wrong Partner Function, or at least, have the wrong Partner Type.

The Seeburger mapping will almost certainly be looking for Partner Type 'CUSEMP', and it seems you are using 'CUSAUG'. I can see that, in the delivered system, Sold-to Partner Function 'AG' is configured, which has Partner Type 'CUSAUG'. So you have two choices: change the Partner Type of 'AG' to 'CUSEMP' or map your Sold-to partner instead to 'CUSEMP' (and include 'CUSEMP' in Partner Procedure PGCESE). Either should fix your issue ok.

Hope that helps.

Regards,
Dave
