Dear Experts,
We have a request from our business to include the Sold to Party information in Export Declaration partners tab, IDOCS and EDIFACT(While transferring to Customs authorities). We are using Seeburger integration for our GTS customs management module. We have made required changes to include the sold to party information in partner tab and that is also captured in IDOC segment(/SAPSLL/E2CCEHPA CUSAUG).
When the outbound IDOC is transferred to Seeburger and converting into EDIFACT this sold to party information is not been captured in EDI meaasge File(NAD Segement).Could you please let us know does it require any mappings to capture these information in EDI file before sending it to customs?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Dave,
We are using SAPSLL/CUS_DEC message type to send the export declaration to Swedish(legal regulation) custom authorities via Seeburger middle ware application.
We have request for few countries Sold to party information is required instead of Ship to party as per their legal requirement in the EAD document. We have done the mapping in SAP GTS to display the Sold to party information in the export declaration partners tab and we are sending the same information to customs via Seeburger for approval.
The problem here is the Sold to party information not being captured in Seeburger EDIFACT document after conversion from IDOC format. Due to the fact declaration is getting rejected from customs.
