SNC error - Request is routed to Escape route

We’re facing an issue after xRC SP Upgrade.

Current GRCFND_A is V1200 SP16 and GRCPINW is V1200_750 SP 16

All plugin system has GRCPINW V1200_750 and SP13 ( is lower than GRCFND SP)

Before Upgrade:-

Once all role approver approve the CUP request, role get provisioned with no error and request get close.

After Upgrade:-

Once all role approver approve the CUP request, role get provisioned but with SNC error and request routed to escape path. Error is "You are not authorized to change SNC data of user in <connector name>"

Have you checked if the connected system records any authorization error for the user which does the provisioning in connected system?

does it happen to all connected systems or just specific ones?
