After the login to SAP, Whenever logout happens due to timeout then the same is not captured in SM20-Audit log.
Please help us on this.
Thanks Sriram.
But during further analysis i had observed sometimes "Timeout" cases are getting updated, Can you guide me the reason for this.
Regards.
Hubert.

Hi
Is the Login activity is shown in sm20?
If the user logged in, and did not execute any transaction and logged out due to time out, - in that case sm20 not showing?
Check in SM19 - is there any filter applied
Regards,
Venkat
