SM02 messages in BPC

Is there any ways to display SM02 messages at BPC level (Analysis for office)?

Hi Amine,

all BICS (BI Consumer Services) based clients like Analysis Office, Web Templates, Design Studio, ... use the same infrastructure to display SM02 messages, but there exist some settings related to this area, e.g. in Analysis Office you can switch this off in the Technical Configuration, setting NoSystemMessages.

Usually a system message is send only once a day, you can find the details in class CL_RSBOLAP_BICS_SERVICES, GET_SYSTEM_MESSAGES. Using this class searching for note you also might find some more information about this topic.

This is related to BPC Embedded; for the EPM part in AO I don't know the answer, neither in the BPC Standard or BPC Embedded case.
