Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue in Template Based Request in GRC where any Single Role is not coming up during Search. But when I try Access Request from NWBC, it works fine and expected roles are visible in Search. Even the roles are visible in Role Search in NWBC as well.
What can be the reason? I have ran Sync Jobs, GRACROLE & GRACRLCONN are populated, Role Status is PRD.
