Sign-off process to document acceptance of responsibility for internal controls

Could you suggest, how to implement Sign-off process for ' Acceptance of Responisilbity to Internal Controls'

Hi Silky,

As i understand, technically, Internal controls are 'Controls(manual or Automatic)', assigned to Subprocesses. I have made 'Regulation Specific Attribute: Sign-Off as Yes'. I have create a Plan to Sign off my Organization.

So, could you help confirm, if this is how, Sign-off on Internal Controls is done
