I don't think this would be possible without knowing exactly where to retrieve internal versioning from the server side. On the other hand, there should be no need for it. BPC embedded works with BEx queries which is unique to BPC embedded. Even when a query is opened through a report, you can still see the query name and if it has any dynamic variables.
