I have been struggling with this error for the lst 2 days. Can anyone help with the steps and the T-Code.

Hello,
Not 100% sure but I would say this message arises based on following customizing activity:
"Assign Shipping Points According to Storage Location".
This content is read if you have assigned rule "Storage-location-dependent shipping point determination" in IMG activity: "Define Rule for Determination of Shipping Point".
