SFEC HR trigger error: Rules are not satisfied for Employee ID

Hi All,

Scenario: GRC 12(SP19) integration with SF for HR triggers.

HR triggers with the 2 BRF+ applications with CPI is set-up. Job has run in CPI, resulting in SRT_UTIL Payload trace. However the table GRACSFECTRGUSER shows status as Failed for every user with Status message as 'Rules are not satisfied for Employee ID...'

Although values received from SF match to that of Decision tables, error logged is 'Rules are not satisfied for Employee ID '

There are 2 BRF decision tables that have been configured. Simulation results on these 2 tables are successful.

Event codes in SRT_UTIL(user records) received match that to that of decision table. But no access requests are getting generated

Can you please suggest on how to resolve this
