We noticed there are several customers missing in the UDM worklist both for Supervisor and Specialist.
When I run Simulate Strategy, its showing no points to these customers in prod. But there are several open items that should fall under valuation.
When I checked the UDM_WL_ITEM table, it shows the customers with latest date.
Is there something in master data that prevents the customer to include in the worklist? Please help
