Setup Fund Management in SAP Public Cloud Grow Step by Step

Helloo Expert,

i need some help to implement SAP FM in Public Cloud Grow,

As previously we are using ECC then migrate to SAP Public Cloud Grow,

please help guide me how to setup the process if there any different treatement..

during the implementation  i cannot find the information that relate.

what should i check first to start setup ?

Locating Scope Items in SAP Signavio Process Navigator

To find these scope items:

Access the SAP Signavio Process Navigator:

1. Navigate to https://me.sap.com/processnavigator.​

Select the Appropriate Solution Scenario:

• Choose SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.​

Search for the Scope Item Code:

• Use the search bar to enter the specific scope item code (e.g., J58, 1NN).​
• such as setup instructions, test scripts, and configuration guides

Where to Find the Process in Signavio:

You can access Fund Management process content via SAP Signavio Process Navigator:

 SAP Signavio Process Navigator

• Search for: "Fund Management" or "Budget Availability Control"
• Filter by Line of Business: Finance and Solution Scenario: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Getting Started – Step-by-Step:

1. Preparation Phase
• Define your Fund and Commitment Items.
• Identify budgeting requirements and structure.
2. Master Data Setup
• Use the app “Manage Commitment Items”
• Maintain Fund, Funded Program, Functional Area, and Funds Center.
3. Configuration (via SSCUIs)
• Access via Manage Your Solution → Configure Your Solution.
• SSCUI examples:
• 104662 – Activate Budget Availability Control
• 104666 – Assign Commitment Items
4. Integration & Testing
• Map FM objects to controlling and FI.
• Test with purchase requisitions/invoices to simulate budget checks.
• Monitor via the Budget Availability Control Monitor app.

To implement SAP Funds Management (FM) in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW), please note that FM is not available as a standard scope item in the Public Cloud Edition. It is only supported in SAP S/4HANA on-premises and Private Cloud Edition.

What to check:

1. Confirm Edition – Verify if you are on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW). If so, FM functionality is not supported.
2. Alternative Approach – For budgeting and cost control in Public Cloud, consider using:

• Cost Center Budgeting (via app: Manage Cost Center Budgets)
• Availability Control for cost elements
• Project System (PS) for investment tracking

Refer to SAP Help Portal:

If FM is a critical requirement, a move to Private Cloud Edition may be necessary.

where i can find in SAP signavio ALM regarding that ?

and what should i start for beginning ? from preparation master data, configuration, and also the integration..

is there any fundcenter masterdata and commitment item masterdata that we should maintane ?

we already running on starter in SAP Grow.

Thank You Chuma, is there any code like (1nn, j58) in signavio alm ? or scope ? i try looking in my starter bu still cannot find the menu, then i looking into signavio, also checking my scope but still cannot find.. thank you
