Settlement of Internal Orders to COPA

We are defining a settlement rule to COPA. But it only appears 3 characteristics of COPA profit segment. Where I can define which characteristics appear in our settlement rule inside the Internal order?

Characteristic Groups are used to reduce the number of characteristics for specific Business Transactions ... so check the following.
Do you defined any characteristic groups?

And if yes is one of this groups assigned to the Business Transaction KOA*?
