Set Planner Profile on public cloud

The public cloud enables Set Planner Profile or not enabled.

If not enabled please suggest how to set the planner profile on the public cloud.

Could you please check if your requirement can be met with APP Create Planning Profile, Display Planning Profile, Edit Planning Profile.
