Sequence numbering in Document Journal Application

Dear Expert:

We are having an issue in one of our Spanish customer who is going to #S4 Hana Public Cloud

By law, Spanish companish must report the Document Journal book, former S_ALR87012287 tcode in On Premise, and the items must be numbered sequentially from the beginning of every fiscal year.

I have seen in the note 3567534 that this functionality is only activated for Italian companies but, on the other hand, this is mandatory for Spanish companies too.

I need to know how to activate this sequence numbering for Spanish companies but I cannot find it in #S4 Hana Public Cloud 2502.

Dear VVaquero_24,

In S4 Hana Cloud Public Edition, you need to make sure that the country Spain is activated in your scope in CBC (Central Business Configuration tenant).

Once you have this done, go to SCCUI 101702 ans click on the active link Define Document Number Ranges:

Select the company code related to Spain :

Click on the Edit Interval pictogram then configure the range number according to the fiscal year you wish to bring modification on :
