In the Public Cloud product, can we send the items that are due for 3 days by e-mail via the "Manage Supplier Line Item" app? Has anyone done it before?
I am not aware of any standard scenario that sends items that are due via email but assuming that you have regular payment runs, the system will automatically process all the supplier line items which are due before the 'Next Payment Date' which you need to specify in "Manage Automatic Payments" application during the Payment Run. To be honest, I do not see the necessity to have an additional email sent out on top of the settings from the Payment Run.
However, if this is still required, I would propose you take a look into custom situation handling scenarios (Please Note that 3SL is required!). I am pretty sure this is something that can be achieved through a custom situation scenario. Please find a couple of links which explain more about that below:
