Send entitlements from SAP EMS to CPI

Is there standard outbound interfaces documented somewhere for SAP EMS system where there is possibility to Send entitlements via middleware SAP CPI to external systems?

Yes. There's standard EMS feature to cover your ask on "pushing data out"/outbound.

Thanks for this, I have more specific question of pushing data out of EMS, is there any standard way e.g on premise systems we had IDOCs or PROXY. I already has look at API Portal, all them are inbound APIs. Is there standard way to actively push data out of SAP EMS.
