Hello experts,

I am writing to ask for your help with this problem. At the beginning we have implemented the ICMR module with the 1909 version of Group Reporting, now we have done an update to version 2023, changing the starting datasource to ZC_JOURNAL_ENTRIES_05 as copy of ICA_CONSJOURNALENTRIES_5 . We are still facing the same issue encountered with the old version: we do not see the data derived from document type 0F and running the matching method task, we face and error related to the FIscal Year Variant (which is correctly defined in the version and in the consolidation units ad K4). We have tried to add this parameter in the mandatory filter fields, but we don't find it as available and we cannot add it on our own. Please, any hint or suggestion on how to solve our problems are welcome! Thank you in advance!

Hi,

we encountered a similar issue after upgrading to S4H2023.

Since S4H 2022 ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation) uses the FYV (Fiscal Year variant) assigned to the relevant consolidation version. In out case we discovered that that no FYV is assigned to version Y10. If no FYV is specified, ICMR cannot read data from ACDOCA, which leads to the missing data.

2935283 - Intercompany Reconciliation Report Can't Read Data from ACDOCA - SAP for Me

You assign the FYV in SPRO here:

I hope this helps : )

Hi @MD92,

For consolidation (group reporting) data sources, fiscal year variant (FYV) is not available as a mandatory filter field in the data sources because it is derived from the relevant consolidation version.

For the issue about 0F data not visible in Reconciliation Balances, we will need to analyze in your system. It's usually due to mis-configuration. Could you please create a ticket for the issue?

Thanks!
