Security to limit access to reports

We are in BPC 7.5. We need some of the users to be accessing only some reports and not all reports. How to limit the access to the users only for few reports that are in folder.

Are is it easier to create separate folder and give the users access to that.

Appreciate inputs.

Separate folder for team - is the only option if you are talking about BPC server reports...

Hi,

You need to create teams and group reports in team folders.

or you restrict data, so if they open the report they can't view data that is not relevant to their access.
