Security Audit - Dialog Logon recording too many 'Logon successful'

Dear Experts,

I have configured the necessary settings in SM19 and turned on 'Logon Successful (Type=&A)' under Dialog Logon audit class. Due to this setting, SM20 recorded too many entries for 'Logon Successful(Type=H)' even there was only 1 User logon, there are almost 20+ entries recorded at the same time. Later on, any activity on the Web UI, again it record another 'Logon Successful'. Is this should be only 1 Logon Successful log, which is when the User logon the first time? Need help and thanks in advance. FYI we are using CRM 7.0.

Hi,

How about your Audit parameters details, are those set for recording the details. While you set the options in SM19, please check the no of tabs for this purpose. The no of Logon entries depend on how you set the details of your system & the access to your system. For testing purpose, you can check in SM04 if there are really multiple logins. Also via ST05 trace can be set for details analysing
