SE63 hml wrong translation

I am struggling with strange case. I created the role in PFCG in EN, added long description like Limit responsibility based on the Amount from 0.01 to =< 50 000. Then went to se63 to translate -> others text --> z5--> agl role descriptions--->translate in SAP script editor, I put the description in DE Begrenzung der Zuständigkeit aufgrund des Betrags von 0,01 bis =< 50 000 , it looked okay there. I saved and activated. But in PFCG in DE, some additional sings are added like on the screenshot

Do you know maybe how to solve it to get rid off (><<)>?
