Scheduling report distribution in BPC Excel

Hi Experts,

Would like to check for any common missed or error on scheduling report distribution both to email and to folder?

I tried scheduling report distribution in BPC but it is not coming in the email or folder. I tried to manually distribute it and I succeed.

Strange idea not to provide any details/screenshots!

I will answer the same way: windows user need to be a local administrator of the PC and the PC has to be switched on during scheduled period. Test on distribution to folder. Check windows scheduler tasks.

Thanks for the feedback. I have not screenshot to share yet. I just test scheduling the report but not prompt of error and also no report went in the folder or email (I tested both). Probably because I don't have admin control of the PC.

What do you mean by "Check windows scheduler tasks"?

Hi Vadim,

Understood. Since this is a company laptop I cannot be the admin for the security and control purposes. Is there a specific request I can make with our IT to change the set-up on my laptop without the need for me to be administrator?

My colleague who is an Admin of his laptop tried this. It show succeed in task scheduler but no report was publish. We tried sending it both via email and to folder. Any other issues we might missing?
