SCAL - t code authorization issue

Hello Gurus,

I Need help on Authorization restriction in SCAL- calendar configuration

we need to provide SCAL access to a user but we want to restrict his access(Change) to A particular Calendar ID.

could you please let me now how to Do this.

Not possible using standard S_CALENDAR authorization object... you need to go for a custom change

The easiest way is to run an STAUTHTRACE on the user with the SCAL access and the trace will show you the objects it encounters; then build the role based on that

Hi - I am not a Basis consultant either - please see this blog https://blogs.sap.com/2017/05/04/stauthtrace-sap-system-trace-for-authorization-checks/ for step by step instructions to run STAUTHTRACE. The transaction has *never* failed me.
