Saving report in Report Management App is not working

From Process Management I go to Reports Management App ( attachment p1 ).

I’m choosing a query I want to display, save a layout and pressing save button. I’m following the same steps for the second chart ( attachment p2 ).

My dashboard looks like that ( attachment p3 😞

I’m trying to save report 1 by pressing save button but nothing happens. What should I do to save report successfully?

Hi Marta,

There are several situations that could possibly cause this problem. You may start from opening the Developer Tools (F12) of your browser then choose Network tab. Once it is open start by reproducing the problem by redoing the steps until you reach saving. From here you will see the possible cause of this problem. Below are the suggested post-installation steps that can be considered and revisited if they are properly set up.
