Hi All,
We are running EPM10 SP20 patch 1. Occasionally, when data is submitted from an input schedule, the Save Results dialog box pops up, but contains no information about the number of saved, rejected, etc. records. The user cannot tell if the data was submitted successfully (although it usually was). This situation started happening recently, and has happened to several different users on different computers. Do you have any idea what causes this and how we can fix it?
Thanks,
Barb

Hi All,
We have already applied all Microsoft updates and deleted the MSForms files, so that should not be the cause.
Regarding upgrading to SP22 - is there anything in SP22 that specifically addresses this issue?
Thanks,
Barb

Hi Barb,
It helps to see if the latest version resolve the issue.
or you can get all the sap note between SP20 patch 1 and SP22, and see if your issue is listed before install SP22. you can always install SP20 patch 1 again if SP22 didn't resolve the issue.
If you log a call with SAP I'm sure they will recommend you to install the latest software first as well.
