SAP VIM PDF Invoice

In SAP VIM, 

Do we have PDF file size limit in VIM, Facing Run time errors for some invoices (4MB) before processing which has more pages and data in it,

So just wanted to know the size limit in SAP-VIM.

if yes, where can we find that size configurations in VIM ?

There is a file size limit for PDF invoices, and hitting this limit can cause runtime errors or prevent the file from being processed. Check transaction OAC0, look the content repository type and its max size configuration.
