SAP TRM contract End Alert

Dear Guru,

I have client requirement that Alert mail should be send to user before 5 days from the contract end date. Is this possible in SAP TRM. If yes how can this be achieved.

Hi,

I would follow also Grigoriy's suggestions, although the last SPRO node is not there, at least in S4.

My question is similar to that one: I need to make Valuation Class Transfer from long term to short term. Is the FTR_ALERT monitor able to provide alerts on when to do that?

You can check Alerts of Correspondence.

• SAP Menu -> Accounting -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager -> Money Market -> Back Office -> Correspondence -> Alerts -> ...
• SAP Menu -> Accounting -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager -> Money Market -> Information System -> Transaction -> FTR_ALERT - Alert Monitor

But nevertheless for your task you'll need to use EXIT_TR_ST_ALERT_MESSAGE method in the FTR_TR_ALERT_ATTR BAdI
