Subscription Order Management (SOM) is a component of the BRIM private cloud/on premise solution, see Subscription Order Management for further details.

SAP Subscription Billing is a separate public cloud billing solution, see https://help.sap.com/docs/CLOUD_TO_CASH_OD?locale=en-US for details.
