Hello guys

is there any best practice for SSM 10.1 or Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS)

our client does not know about SSM or KBI

we need a standards query for SSM to be implemented to feed KPI

Hi Awad,

There are books on Balanced Scorecards which gives a details list of KPIs according to the industry. So based on your client's industry type you can find the list of KPIs which are required for the scorecards and you need to find these KPIs in your BW system and create queries which should contain all the required KPIs.

As mentioned please search for Balanced Scorecards and Balanced Scorecards KPI List with which you can get many books, some you need to buy. For example go through the below link.
