Hi,

When you created your KPI in the Library you will see a drop down selector for PAS Model. When you select the PAS model you are going to connect.

Then click the Actual drop down selector and it will automatically list all the metrics in the PAS model you selected which have _Actual. You choose which one is associated with the KPI you are creating. When you choose the Actual you want it will automatically associate the 4 other metrics in the set to the rest of the set that is in your PAS model.

You can now add the Trend Down and Up tolerances and the Index values to determine at what score level the status indicators change colour. Though of course if you haven't loaded any Target data then there won't be anything to compare the Actual to and so create the Score!

When you were installing your system did you also install the demo system that comes included in the files. You do this by loading the import.zip file instead of the bootstrap.zip file and then following the procedure in section 3.1 of the Configuration Guide. It can be really helpful having the demo system there to look at and refer back to. You can still go back and install the import.zip file even if you have already set the system up.

To check that your data is actually in PAS go into the PAS interface, select the model and the DataView tab,  right click and use the Selector or Viewer option to look at the data. You will be able to see which metrics are available in the model.

If the data is there you can go to the SSM Administrator interface/Manage Models and check the connection.

If that is OK then go to the Library and check your KPI and in Context Management/Manage Contexts check that you are connected to the correct model.

Now check that you have the KPI in your scorecard. You can then go to the user interface Scorecard tab.

From where you can click through to the KPI.
