sap s4hana cloud - creating journal entry with Business Partner or G/L Account.

Need help. It seems that my sap s4/hana cloud does not permits me to create journal entry manually with a business partner. is that true for your software? 

To rephrase, with sap business one you can post GL directly with a business partner and a GL account code without passing through all the sub-ledgers. 

It is possible as well for SAPS4HANA cloud?
