SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in Group Reporting after setting up the version, I get error?

Dear All,
I am trying to implement group reporting in SAP S4/HANA Public cloud, using 1SG test script. I am currently at the preliminary steps. Because of notes I switched to the Starter system where I can’t make any damage to the system by selecting something which cannot be changed later. After setting up the version, what does this error message mean? I have every role needed.

Note: I get this error message a lot of times in separate configuration activites.

Judging from the error message, it seems that the issue is caused by client level setting that configuration is not changeable. Could you try it again with another non-GR customization to see if it is changeable? Or you can raise a case to cloud operation team with component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV for further clarification.
