SAP REFX Penalty calculation after invoice posted

Dear All,

In SAP REFX module, we leasing out one particular land and user is paying properly once invoice is posted.

One month he skipped and my customer is having a penalty calculation if payment is skipped.

0 - 30 days : No penalty

31 to 45 days : 15% per annum / per day (Till payment made)

46 to 60 days : Eg - 15% * 3 / per day (Till payment made)

How to bring it into REFX system, need to bring this penal calculation in invoice.

In SAP REFX module, you can use the interest calculation method (ICM) to calculate interest on overd...¹.

You can set up the ICM in the lease contract and specify the interest rate and calculation method. The ICM affects the amounts of interest flows and present value calculation¹.

To set up the penalty calculation for overdue payments, you can create a new condition type in SAP REFX². You can then assign this condition type to the lease contract and specify the penalty calculation method.
